Noble Space specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, outdoor lanais, decks, and patios. We also take on whole-home remodels, additions, and individual room projects—like man caves or lady lairs—when they’re a good fit for our schedule and capacity.

Direct involvement - Clients work directly with the owners from start to finish. This eliminates layers of communication and creates a smoother, more efficient remodeling experience.

Quality over speed - We value efficiency, but we won’t rush at the expense of quality. Our timelines are realistic and allow us to maintain the level of craftsmanship we promise. If you’re looking for the fastest remodel possible, we may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-executed space, we’d love to talk.

Fair, competitive pricing - High-end remodeling comes with unique challenges—skilled labor shortages, high demand, and rising material costs. While we aren’t the cheapest option, we’re also not the most expensive. Our pricing reflects the quality, care, and attention each project receives.
OUR PROCESS
At Noble Space, we follow a clear, step-by-step process so you always know what to expect.

1. Initial Consult
We begin with a visit to your home to get to know you, your space, and your goals. We’ll talk through your lifestyle, preferences, and any ideas or inspiration you have.

2. Rough Estimate
Using what we’ve learned, we provide a rough estimate of cost and timeline. This isn’t a final number, but it gives you an honest, early understanding of what your project may involve—without wasting your time or ours.

3. Design Phase
Once aligned, we move into a design agreement. This is where we finalize layouts, materials, and details together. This phase is time-intensive and requires thoughtful collaboration, which is why it is a paid service.
(Smaller projects like lanais and patio covers typically do not require a design agreement.)

4. Final Proposal
With the design complete, we present a detailed proposal covering final pricing, timeline, materials, drawings, and product specifications. This serves as your clear roadmap for the project ahead.

5. Job Contract & Construction
After approval, we sign the job contract and begin construction. From demolition to finishing touches, we manage the process and keep you informed while maintaining our standards for quality and care.
