Warranty Details, Clearly Explained
Our 15-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty covers qualifying failures of the aluminum frame we supply and install and defects in our installation, except polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year term. Screens and optional motorized components have separate manufacturer terms.

We stand behind the structural integrity of the aluminum frame we supply and install, and the quality of our contracted installation, for 15 years under our written terms. Polyaspartic coating workmanship has a separate 5-year limited warranty. Paver installations and retaining walls have a 1-year limited structural and craftsmanship warranty.

What a Screened Enclosure Costs
At 40 linear ft. of new screened wall, plan on about $6,000–$12,000. This installed range assumes roughly 8-ft.-tall aluminum framing and fixed screens under a suitable existing roof. Doors, a new roof, concrete slab and major structural work are priced separately.
