WHICH ROOM IS RIGHT FOR YOU

Three-Season or Four-Season

Both give you an enclosed space with outdoor views. A three-season room suits milder months; a conditioned four-season room is planned for comfort throughout the year.

01

Three-Season Room

Designed for comfortable use through much of the year. Glazing and ventilation choices help adapt the room to changing weather.

02

Four-Season Room

Designed as conditioned space for year-round comfort. Insulation, glazing, and heating and cooling are planned as part of the project.

We’ll talk through your home, the local climate, and your budget to help you choose.

WINDOW OPTIONS

Choose Your Windows

Choose glass for an insulated, enclosed room or Eze-Breeze vinyl windows when you want more airflow. We’ll talk through comfort, ventilation, and how you plan to use the room.

Sunroom with floor-to-ceiling glass

Low-E²-270 Glass

High-performance argon-insulated Low-E²-270 glazing with a low-emissivity coating that reflects heat while letting in visible light. The premium choice for a true year-round, climate-controlled three-season room — keeps warmth in during winter and heat out during summer.

Sunroom with ventilated vinyl windows

Eze-Breeze Vinyl Windows

Ventilated vinyl-pane windows that slide and tilt for airflow, designed to convert a screened enclosure into a three-season room. A flexible, lighter-weight option that lets you choose open air or weather protection — ideal when full thermal performance isn't the priority.

FLOOR FINISH OPTIONS

Choose Your Floor

Have an existing slab or need a new one? We can help you choose from four floor finishes, from stained concrete to tile, based on the look and upkeep you prefer.

Stained concrete

Stained Concrete

A warm, mottled finish with natural color variation. Each floor turns out a little different, so no two look exactly alike.

Polyaspartic epoxy floor

Polyaspartic Epoxy

A smooth, high-gloss surface that holds up well to wear, resists stains, and is easy to keep clean.

Stamped concrete

Stamped Concrete

Concrete pressed to look like natural stone or tile, giving you that texture and detail without the upkeep.

Tile floor

Tile

Porcelain or ceramic tile in a wide range of colors and patterns. A classic, easy-to-clean floor that holds up well in any climate.
